c|opyblock. - what's my approach?

I primarily take language as a powerful means of distributing information and providing communication. In this context, the written word historically takes a strong stance. "Put it in writing" they say in common vernacular. By this most people mean rock-solid, proven information and unshakable truth(s).

However, it is a common deception when thinking that communication can do without extra-linguistic, situative signals: Facial expression, gestures, body language for instance are critical criteria that have an impact on how information is being received and processed by the recipient. The written word has to do without such extra-linguistic, additional information, for the simple reason that conception of a message and their reception happen out of sync and hence sender and receiver won't exchange any given piece of information personally..

It is by virtue of these circumstances that appropriate wording and context decide, which current meaning a given recipient will choose from a wealth of possible readings of a message. Linguistics rely on semantics for this process of choosing or the science of meaning, as it were. This area of expertise was able to attract me more than reading german poets and writers and hence became the focal point of my studies, which I successfully completed in 1998.

My work for you is driven by an approach of conveying the message to your target group as clearly and unmistakeabley as possible. Your message is supposed to leave an unmistakeable mark on your customers (and in a good way :-)). Or to put it simply: You tell me, what you need to say and I'll turn it into clear speak for you - in English and German.
