c|opyblock. - who acts behind the scenes?
c|opyblock. is a "one man show" by werner nieke. After having successfully completed my studies of german linguistics in february 1998, I changed careers and worked for companies in the IT-industry, covering a variety of positions, both self-employed as well as on pay-roll.
Being a project manager at Tomorrow Focus Technologies, a Hubert Burda Media Group subsidiary, was an important milestone of that phase of my life. During that time I had the opportunity of gathering a lot of significant and valuable experience, which enabled me to continue my career as a self-employed project manager in the new media towards the end of 2002. While working on a number of projects for clients, I discovered my preference for conceptualization and copy, which I made the core of my services since beginning of 2003.
